WHO we are

Abito Care and Support Services (ACSS) Pty Ltd (trading as Abito Care) is a registered NDIS service provider with head office in Toowoomba that provides various NDIS services to NDIS Participants and provides Private In-Home and Respite services to aged (over 65s) individuals. Although we are based in Toowoomba, we also provide services to NDIS Participants and Aged Care customers in other areas. Do call us to chat more. We come with many years of experience in the Community Services Industry – Mental Health, disability, youth work and Aged Care.

We ensure this by working hand-in-hand with our NDIS Participants and Aged Care clients, their families/carers. We understand that maintaining your relationships with your loved ones and your community is paramount to your complete health and well-being.
