Our professional and dedicated disability support workers are able to provide you with care and support services to assist you to keep living in your home, in your familiar surroundings, and continuing with your usual daily routines. We can provide you with up to 24 hours per day and 7 days per week care and supports in your own home with your family and in a Supported Independent Living Accommodation/home. We will provide you with a safe, clean and comfortable home environment, provide you with personal care, social and community access support, medication assistance, household and house maintenance tasks, travel assistance including holidays, bills payments, and clinical care as a Private and fee-for-service paying disability customer. We value and welcome your contributions, choices, and opinions, and work together with you and your family to provide you with support coordination services to assist you with your life stages and transitions, a person-centred care plan and care and support services in the comfort of your own home.
