About Us

Abito Care and Support Services is a Toowoomba based disability services provider that provides NDIS Core services to NDIS Participants and provide Private In-Home and Respite care and support services to our over 65 years young, aged care clients. Although we are based in Toowoomba, we also provide services to NDIS Participants and Aged Care Clients who reside in the Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Western Downs regions/areas. We come with many years of experience in the Community Care Services Industry – Mental Health, Disability and Aged Care.

At Abito Care and Support Services, we see your ABILITY, see you as a PERSON, and not just your disability. We also believe in you living your individual lives the way you choose to and to the optimum through the support of our experienced, passionate, dedicated, and multicultural team of staff. With this focus, our goal is to promote choice, flexibility, relationships, increase social/community participation, increase your daily independence, and assist you to achieve both your short- and long-term goals. We ensure this by working hand-in-hand with our NDIS Participants and Aged Care clients, their families/carers. We understand that maintaining your relationships with your loved ones and your community is paramount to your complete health and well-being.

We welcome everyone, from all cultural and religious backgrounds, and of all sexual orientations. All our care and support services are tailored to each of our client’s needs and choices. At Abito Care and Support Services, we make use of the following approaches in the delivery of our care and support services: team-based approach, reflective and collaborative recovery approach, evidence-based approach, person-centred care and support services approach, and continuous improvement approach. We also continuously celebrate your recovery, diversity, uniqueness, and promote inclusivity.
“We know and value the importance of our NDIS Participants/Aged Care clients, their families/carers, and our staff efforts and contributions.”
